Start with a price that feels fair for one day of use and adjust as you learn local demand. For expensive, fragile, or high-wear items, add a refundable deposit so expectations are clear before pickup.

Useble does not hold payments or charge renters for you. The renter pays you during the exchange using one of your accepted methods, such as cash, bank transfer, or mobile payment.

Your item page can use your profile pickup address so renters know the area before asking. If a request uses renter-place pickup, you only see the renter address when it is needed for that handoff.

No. Every inquiry is optional. You can accept when the dates and renter details work for you, decline when they do not, and edit or hide your item whenever you need to pause availability.

Set rules before accepting: check ID, confirm the renter phone number, agree on payment, inspect the item together, share the pickup confirmation code during handoff, and write down any important condition for valuable items.

Tools, garden gear, camping equipment, baby gear, electronics, event gear, sports equipment, and vehicle accessories usually work well. Do not list illegal, unsafe, harmful, or prohibited items.
